Founded by local life-sciences entrepreneurs and developed by Noblegene Development, LLC, the Cool Springs Life Sciences Center (CSLSC) is committed to providing a state-of-the-art bioscience business environment that will benefit its tenant companies by providing a unique campus, dedicated to life sciences research and development.

The infrastructure of this 10-acre campus is specifically designed to accommodate the unique needs of bioscience and biotechnology firms, particularly those engaged in biologics, pharmaceuticals, therapeutics and medical devices. Soon, this facility will house high-tech biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device manufacturing space built to suit the unique needs of the tenants. At full build-out, the three buildings of the CSLSC are planned to encompass over 140,000 square feet.

The first of three buildings at the CSLSC is now operational. Totaling approximately 32,000 square feet, it is home to BioMimetic Therapeutics (BMTI), an emerging leader in the development and commercialization of drug-device combination products for the repair of orthopedic injuries.

A second building, designed to provide a 21st-Century, GMP-rated Life Sciences Manufacturing environment, began construction in early 2008. Planning also is underway for the third building on our campus.
