The state-of-the-art Cool Springs Life Sciences Center campus will ultimately include three buildings, planned to encompass over 160,000 square feet, which may be custom configured to meet tenant needs. Phase II will provide for another 100,000 square feet. The campus concept allows for collaborative sharing of key laboratory, research and meeting facility assets, fostering a collegial atmosphere to stimulate creative thinking and create mutually beneficial scientific and marketing opportunities. From conceptual research through clinical trials and approvals to manufacturing and product roll-out, the CSLSC provides a world-class environment for companies to incubate and accelerate. |
